My name is Melanie and I am a care worker. I worked at local nursing from spring 2019, right through the pandemic until last Autumn when after making several protected disclosures I was bullied out of my job. The issues that I raised concerned neglect, bullying by senior management, the unnecessary death of a resident and finally sexual abuse of the residents. This is now a police matter. Once I brought the police  into the matter I was bullied out of my job within a week. I was just doing my duty to protect my residents. I intend to fight the company at a tribunal and I need help with legal expenses and am trying to raise at least £3000 Please if you could donate a little I would be very grateful. I am taking on a company who own 34 other nursing homes. They are relying on the fact I don't earn very much as a care worker  to stop me proceeding with this. With your help it won't.
