This project is to challenge the proscription of Palestine Action in the Court of Session of Scotland. The proscription of Palestine Action is already being challenged in the Court of Appeal in England and Wales. Scotland is a separate jurisdiction with its own legal system. 

The Scottish legal action has been initiated and the petition approved by the court. All funds raised will go directly to the solicitors Halliday Campbell.
