Who am I?

My name is Nicki Page and was voted to represent I 💕Penarth campaign by the people here.

My case

I’ve campaigned for 7 years to establish:

1. Why a 130-year lease was given by the VOG to an untested charity, newly set up company PACL and a shadow company Penarth Pier Ltd.

2. Exactly how was the heritage lottery money spent 4 million plus and why the leadership have allowed the situation to escalate downwards with the pavilion near bankruptcy twice

3. Why trusted trustees said very little, jumping on and off the PACL board

4. Why the community has not been privy to goings on and excluded from discussions.

I was raised, schooled in Penarth and love the pavilion, pier, parks and people.

But I’ve been banned representing the voice of the community for taking issue with PACL, the Vale of Glam, Penarth Council and the Clerk.

Why am I raising funds?

Now lawyers have looked at the case and see a way forward. To litigate and have all held accountable.

For that I need help as I’ve self funded all matters, all SOS meetings, all time given by me to this point. Please donate what you can.

Penarth we are Brassed off!
