Read moreI am a recent graduate in my early 20s. My mother was diagnosed in 2013 with breast cancer that had also progressed to the skeleton. Following a mastectomy in the summer she was subsequently not given the treatment she was offered and chose from 2014 to 2019, when she passed away. Otherwise she would have lived longer, possibly until today and beyond.
Anyone similarly treated or close to someone who was may wish to consider supporting my action for recognition and compensation with a view to joining it at some stage.
Already lawyers and medical experts have advised. Further evidence and advice is being saught. The NHS defendants have responded on most aspects. Proceedings will be begun soon.
It is a lonely process and highly challenging but I only invite help from those who see similarities to their own experience. My initial target is £1050
