My name is Alex William Smith (I am also known by my stage name of Jonathan Royle) I am 43 years of age and I urgently need your kind help. 

I wish to apply to the Court of Appeal for an Extension of Time to appeal my 2 "Fake Sheikh" related convictions which I was given in March 1999 following a Fabricated News of the World "Sting" story of April 1998 by the now discredited and convicted liar & manipulator of evidence Rupert Murdoch's former employee Mazher Mahmood.

I have also self-prepared my Grounds for Appeal document and uploaded it to my blog page at this link where you can both read it online and also download for easier reading as a PDF document.

This "First Draft" self prepared Grounds of Appeal dated 15th April 2019 is indeed in need of more work and most certainly requires PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE before it is submitted to the Courts of Appeal and of course that is one of the many things that your most generous donations will be used for.

Fortunately my Solicitor Mr. William Southcott of Ashcott Solicitors in Manchester (England) is highly experienced in these areas and in particular, he and his Law Firm have first-hand experience of successfully winning several "Fake Sheikh" cases as detailed here.

And then please do also take a look at this video of me on BBC Televisions "News-Night" show on the evening that Mazher Mahmood had just been jailed for Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice in the Collapsed Drugs Trial of British Pop Star Tulisa Contostavlos.

As I said in the first video on this page, should I ever be successful in obtaining damages for the devastation that Murdoch's "Fake Sheikh" Mazher Mahmood's dishonesty has caused me and my close family and friends both Personally and Professionally over the past 21+ years then I fully intend to donate at least double the amount that I need to fund my appeals case to conclusion back to other victims of Media Abuse and Lies so they can help defend themselves.

Again as stated in the first video on this page, your generous donations will not only directly help me to hopefully get my 2 Convictions Overturned, but also for the reasons stated in that video, it likely will also indirectly positively help strengthen and make easier the chances of my fellow Fake Sheikh Victims ultimately getting the Justice they deserve and getting their names cleared once and for all.
