I am the primary carer for my two British-American children. My kids are everything to me.

I have an on-going legal battle with Home Office to establish my right to stay in the UK as the primary carer of my two British-American children.

In November 2018, Home Office booked me a one way ticket to America without my kids.  Fortunately I obtained an emergency court order which protected me from that unlawful deportation.

Home Office said the children didn't need me and that they could live without me, which is so clearly untrue.  My children rely on me for everything and they would be absolutely devastated without me.  Our entire lives are in the UK.

My children go to school here, they have friends here and they feel happy, comfortable and supported here.  My daughter has autism and attends a specialist school where she gets 1-to-1 support.

I would like to raise money to get justice against Home Office's inhumane treatment of my family.  The debt of legal fees has put an enormous strain on us and with help, I hope to succeed with my case and finally establish our future in the UK.
