I am an Indian single mum. I am also Roman Catholic. I have 2 children my daughter is 17 and my son is 14.

My name is Mrs Mini George I am a single mother of 2 children I came in the UK 2008 April 1st as a student VISA. I brought my Husband the same year and my children in 2010 after that I had to apply for another and got an extended Visa starting from 2011-2013 then then l 2nd time I tried to apply for another Visa with my family, but all the rules are going to be changed so the Home office said that all students should go and study only in the University. Meanwhile my husband was alcoholic so he has been abusing myself and my children, he has been sent to the prison for a couple of times son he wasn't allowed to stay with us because they fixed the police alarm in our house. I was depressed because of the financial problems, rent , Children studies etc. So they said because we had issues with my husband i wasn't able to go to the university for further studies. Also I wasn't able to go to India because my husband's families were threatening us and also because of my children's education during that time I found a solicitor issuing work permit, thus was mentioned by one of my collage friends. So I decided to apply for it but without any evidence he took cash from us 3 times and the cost was 3600, but the workids permit was like a private care provider. The prossecing came around one year and that was end of 2014 August, so that time was Visa was already expired then we found out that he was a fake solicitor and that we were cheated on. The police arrested him but we weren't able to get our money back. I got money from family and friend back in India I also sold some of my jewellery. Since that I kept applying for a couple of times and nothing happend ( Applied for domestic violence ) my case was in court there was a hearing so they mentioned my children wasnt a British citizen and didn't complete 7 years in the UK, so till then I keep applying to remain stay in the UK. Also my husband was deported to India in 2015 October so we have a big problem now but we want the rights to stay in the UK. My husband continuaously keeps contacting with that know us and ask if them how we are doing, sometimes he is texting my children asking how they are so now we want to go for the new application for my children education because they are going to be 7 years in the UK this 23rd of September 2017 so my children wants further studies in the UK because they find it easier to read and write in English they don't know how to write or read in Malayalam because it's been a long time since they have been there since 2013 I haven't been able to go to India and see my parents and my siblings but sadly through the year of 2016 my dad passed away that was sudden. Now I have a solicitor from trent chambers they are helping to apply for the new application about my children's stay and education, because of the Visa issues legally I am not able to work so my family has been helping me with financial problems so it has been 3 years since myself and 2 children living in a Double room sharing house. This is our situation I don't have any benefits or anyhing like other people so we want the rights to stay here* we need your help and thank you very much

With regards

Mrs.Mini George
