Who we are

We are British victims of alleged rape and serious sexual and physical assaults by the social media influencer Andrew Tate.  Tate is believed to have raped and sexually assaulted at least seven women in the UK (including ourselves).

We are mothers, daughters, and sisters.

We could be your mother, daughter, or sister.

We must remain anonymous for our safety and because of the harassment we have suffered in the past.

We need your help.

Our Story

In 2014, we filed criminal complaints against Tate with the UK authorities for rape and physical abuse, which were supported by witness testimony and damning documentary evidence.

In 2019, after multiple delays, the criminal proceedings stalled, and no action was taken.  This potentially negligent conduct by the police and prosecutors allowed Tate to flee to Romania in 2017.

Tate was arrested in Romania in 2022, where he is awaiting trial for rape, human trafficking (including children), and forming a gang to sexually exploit women.

Our Objectives

  • To bring Tate to justice in the UK for his alleged crimes.
  • To bring an end to the online and in-real-life spread of Tate's misogynistic doctrine amongst vulnerable young men and boys and the harm it causes women and girls.
  • To hold the UK authorities to account for their failure to bring Tate to justice in 2019 when they had the opportunity to do so, leaving him free to commit further offences against women and cause incalculable societal harm through the online and in-real-life spread of his misogynistic message.

Why This Is Urgent

Tate is on bail and allowed to travel freely within Romania. It would be easy for him to smuggle himself across the border.  Indeed, several high-profile suspects have fled Romania this way before they can be convicted.

There is evidence that Tate plans to flee Romania before his trial starts.

Should he flee, it is feared his influence will only grow, and he may go on to commit further crimes against women and others.

He must be brought to justice in the UK.

What we are Raising Money for

  • Advocate and lobby for Hertfordshire Constabulary to reopen what is believed to have been its ineffective criminal investigation into our criminal complaints.
  • Advocate and lobby for the Crown Prosecution Service to reconsider its decision in 2019 not to prosecute Tate following the suspected ineffective investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary.
  • Advocate and lobby for a government or parliamentary inquiry into why Hertfordshire Constabulary and the CPS refused our requests in 2023 to, respectively, reopen the investigation and reconsider the decision not to prosecute.
  • Pursue civil proceedings against Tate in the High Court in London for damages.
  • Work with parliamentarians, legislators, educators, and civil society to combat the spread online and in real life of Tate's misogynistic doctrine amongst vulnerable young men and boys and the consequential harm it has caused women and girls.

Campaign Successes To Date

Since our campaign began, we have succeeded in:

  • Securing a pronouncement from Minister of Policing Chris Philp, encouraging Hertfordshire Constabulary to reopen its investigation.
  • Initiating civil proceedings against Tate in the High Court in the UK.  We have filed and served our case against Tate in Court and await Tate’s Defence.  After this, we will move towards a date for a trial.
  • Identifying Tate’s online business, The Real World, as a pyramid scheme and secured the removal of its application from the Apple App Store at an estimated cost of $167 million per year in lost revenue to Tate.
  • Notifying the UK authorities of suspicions that Tate intended to flee Romania, which resulted in their decision, a week later, to request his extradition to the UK based on criminal complaints by other UK women to Bedfordshire Constabulary.

These successes are just the tip of the iceberg.  While the recent extradition request was a success, it is not guaranteed.  With your help, we can continue our fight.

Our Lawyers

We have instructed leading human rights lawyers and public-interest litigators, McCue Jury & Partners, who have agreed to represent us on a non-profit basis.

Your donations will be used to build the strongest possible case and advocate for reopening the criminal investigation. We are also asking the UK Government to launch an inquiry into the original investigation's failures to prevent this from happening again.  Your contribution will provide essential resources, support services, and legal assistance. We cannot do this without you.

Please donate what you can.  Every contribution helps.

Thank you for being a part of this.

Important Case Update!

Dear Supporters,

We wanted to share an important update in our case against Andrew Tate regarding allegations of rape, sexual assault, and coercion.

The trial, which had been scheduled for June this year, has now been adjourned and will no longer proceed on that date.  This change follows the recent reopening of the criminal investigation against Tate.  We understand that the reinvestigation is to be handled by the Major Crimes unit of the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire Constabularies.

While we are disappointed that the trial has been delayed, we welcome the decision to reopen the investigation and see it as a significant and positive step forward.  We hope that this re-investigation will be more thorough than the previous investigation, which was so unsatisfactory that the police referred themselves to the Independent Office for Police Conduct in 2023.

Although the trial will not go ahead in June, a hearing is now scheduled for July, where we expect to receive an update on the progress of the criminal investigation.  A further hearing is scheduled for December. We hope these hearings will provide greater clarity on the timeline for our trial, which we anticipate will take place next year.

The process has already taken a significant amount of time, but we remain determined and hopeful that this investigation will bring us closer to justice and accountability.

Your continued support means so much to us, and we believe that the police would never have reopened the criminal investigation without your encouragement and support.  Together, we can help ensure the truth is brought to light.

Thank you for standing with us.  Your support continues to give us strength, and we remain deeply grateful.

Key Updates in our Claim

Dear Supporters,

We have some key updates in our claim against Andrew Tate for our allegations of rape, assault, and coercion.

The trial is set to commence on 22 June 2026 and is estimated to last until 21 July 2026 in the Royal Courts of Justice.

This means the next few months will be extremely busy for our legal team as they prepare to present the strongest case possible.  We are currently finalising our expert evidence.

This also means that there are several upcoming deadlines which our legal team needs to meet.  This includes a preliminary hearing regarding some of our witness evidence, which will take place in March.

We will also have our Pre-Trial Review on 5 May, the final check before trial begins.

We have been fighting for justice for so many years now, not just for ourselves, but to show other women that they do have a voice.  We will not stop now, and we will not be silenced.

Thank you for your support on our journey. We are incredibly grateful to all of you.

PLEASE STAY WITH US ON OUR JOURNEY TO TRIAL

Dear Supporters,

PLEASE STAY WITH US ON OUR JOURNEY TO TRIAL

As you know, the Court has brought our trial forward to June next year. At long last,  this will be the moment when our allegations of rape, physical assault, and coercion will  be heard—and when Andrew Tate will face cross-examination in the High Court.

While the Tate brothers continue to travel freely, we continue to live with the  consequences of what we say happened to us. This trial gives us hope—hope for justice,  for accountability, and for an end to the dangerous influence Andrew Tate continues to  have on young boys and men around the world.

Our legal team has been working tirelessly to prepare the strongest possible case. But  the next few months are critical. Expert reports, court fees, and trial preparation all  carry unavoidable costs—and we urgently need more resources to carry this case  through to trial.

We cannot thank you enough for the incredible support you have already given. You’ve  brought us this far—and we are asking you, please, to stay with us now.

If you are able, please consider making a donation today. And if you can’t give, simply  sharing this message with just three friends or family members would make a real  difference.

Together, we can see this through. Together, we can make sure the truth is heard.

With very best wishes,

Victims and Survivors of Andrew Tate

We are obliged to state that the Tate brothers deny all allegations made against them.  The CPS have asked that no commentary online is made that could in any way prejudice  any criminal trial of the recently reported 21 criminal charges against them including  rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain for  which they are awaiting extradition to the UK pending the conclusion of their  prosecution in Romania on charges including rape/sexual misconduct, human  trafficking, money laundering and forming an organized crime group.

Dear [recipient’s preferred name],

I hope that you’re doing well!

You may have seen that four British women are suing Tate in the UK for allegations of rape and assault. It isso important that Tate is brought to justice in the UK so that hisfollowers are shown that his actions against women have consequences.

I’ve already donated and they’ve raised just over £74,500 but are trying to reach £80,000 by the end of Septemberso that their claim can progressto the nextstage.

Anything you can spare to donate would help these women reach their goal. The funds will be used to pay for the unavoidable costs of bringing legal action.

You can donate on the crowdfunding campaign page by clicking here: https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/hold-andrew-tate-accountable . Feel free to share the campaign on Facebook and Twitter, too!

It would also be great if you could send a version of this message and the above link to three of your contacts and encourage them to donate, too!

Thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely/Much love/Best/etc.,

[Your name]

We've got a trial date!

Dear Supporters,

We have some key updates in our claim to tell you about.

Last month in April, we had a preliminary hearing called a ‘Case Management Conference’ whereby the Court gave us directions for the rest of the proceedings.

The trial has been set for 22 February 2027 and is estimated to last 16 days in the Royal Courts of Justice.

It means that the next few months are going to be a very busy time for our legal team as they continue to build and prepare all of our evidence so that we present the strongest case possible.

We have been fighting for justice for so many years, and we won’t stop now.

As you know, a big part of our claim is to obtain a Court ruling against Andrew Tate so that we can explain what we allege Tate did to us, and challenge the idea that he is someone who young men and boys should look up to.

We also want to show other women who have been let down by the criminal justice system that they do have a voice. We will not give up and we will not be silenced.

We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for supporting us on our journey so far. We will be eternally grateful.

With very best wishes,

Victims and survivors of Andrew Tate

A Preliminary Hearing has been listed

Dear Supporters,

We have some significant developments in our case to tell you about.

As you know, in June last year, we filed our ‘Particulars of Claim’ with the Court, which outlined the allegations of rape and physical assault we are bringing against Andrew Tate.

Tate filed his Defence in July which, as expected, denies all the allegations made against him.

The next major step in our case is a ‘Case Management Conference’ that we have coming up this April. This will be where the Court gives the parties directions for the rest of the proceedings and sets a date for trial.

Since the events in question ten years ago, this has been an enormous and traumatising process for us. As you know, we went to the authorities at the time to report our allegations, and we were let down. This civil case is our last remaining route to having our stories told and getting justice.

This case is not just about us but about all women who have suffered sexual violence and have been let down by the criminal justice system.

We need your ongoing support to raise funds so that our lawyers can keep working to present the strongest case possible and pay for unavoidable costs like Court and expert fees.

We’d like to express our sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported us so far. Your support gives us the strength we need to keep going.

We'll provide you with the next update on our case soon.

With very best wishes,

Victims and survivors of Andrew Tate

The Next Steps for our Case

Dear Supporters,

We have some crucial developments in our case to tell you about.

Following our lawyers serving the Claim on Andrew Tate on 8 May at his premises in Romania, we have drafted and filed our 'Particulars of Claim' with the Court. This document outlines our detailed allegations of rape and physical assaults against Tate, along with the evidence supporting them.

This has been a lot of work, and filing and serving it is a significant step forward for justice. We want to express our gratitude—we couldn't have reached this point without you.

Tate has until 17 July to file his Defence, either admitting our allegations or explaining why not. After that, our lawyers will work with the Court to decide on witnesses and experts and hopefully secure a trial date.

We are also so pleased to announce that, thanks to your support, we have reached our initial target of £50,000! We are incredibly thankful to all of you for your generosity.

This case is not just about us but about all women who have suffered sexual violence and have been let down by the police and prosecutors.

We have updated our stretch target to £75,000 for the next stage of the Claim. This will include continuing to gather and prepare all the evidence needed to strengthen our case. Our lawyers are working on a not-for-profit basis, so all your donations will go towards making this the best possible case and nothing else.

We need your ongoing support to raise the funds required for the next stage in our case. We have prepared the message below to send to anyone who may want to help us.

We'll provide you with the next update on our case soon.

Best wishes,

Victims and survivors of Andrew Tate

8 May - Proceedings served on Andrew Tate at his premises in Romania

Dear Supporters,

We have a very important update for you regarding our case.

Thanks to your continued support, our lawyers served Andrew Tate with our civil proceedings on 8 May at his premises in Romania.

Following the service of our letter before action on Tate last year, our claim has now been issued by the High Court in London. We have also served Tate with an Order granted by the Court protecting our anonymity. The Court agreed that it is necessary to protect us from possible harassment and abuse by Tate and his followers.

This is a monumental step in our case as it means that the litigation against Tate for the allegations we are bringing against him for rape and physical assault has formally begun.

The next steps for our case are for our lawyers to draft a document called the “Particulars of Claim”, detailing all the allegations the four of us are making against him. Shortly after this, Tate must file his Defence stating whether he admits liability or, if not, why not. The case is then likely to proceed through the Court.

We cannot thank you enough for supporting our fight for justice. This is not just about us but about all women who have suffered at the hands of sexual violence.

We need you more than ever to continue standing by our side and to help us raise money so that our lawyers can proceed to the next stage in our case.

We look forward to providing you with the next update in our case.

With very best wishes,

Victims and survivors of Andrew Tate
