JCWI provides life-changing legal and practical support for people impacted by the UK government's hostile immigration policies. As government forces through the Rwanda bill, we need your help now!

The government is forcing through a law that will send people to Rwanda against their will.

Despite a Supreme Court ruling, which found Rwanda unsafe for people seeking asylum, the government is determined to push through their Rwanda deportation plan.

We cannot let the government legitimise a scheme that the courts have found unlawful, and people across the country find immoral. This is not just an attack on people who move but an assault on the rule of law, and the will of the people. We must stand against it.

We’re fighting for the rights of people who are at risk of being sent to Rwanda.

Last year alone, our champion legal team provided advice to over a thousand people and won hundreds of legal challenges, protecting many from being in a position where they could be at risk of being sent to Rwanda.

We have a moral obligation to treat people with kindness and warmth, especially those who have sacrificed so much to reach our shores for a chance at a better life.

As this bill becomes law, we have our work cut out for us. Tens of thousands of people will need urgent legal advice. Many of our clients are terrified about their future. We are in dire need of resources to support them to fight this grave injustice.

We are campaigning to ensure Rwanda flights do not happen, and we are helping those who need legal assistance to ensure they are not sent to another country without their consent. But we desperately need resources to continue our fight.

We don’t accept any donations from the government entities or corporations that fund the hostile environment, we are a people powered movement and your support is what keeps us fighting injustice.

Become a supporter today and fight against this government’s cruel plans.
