Help Me Stand Up to State-Enforced Ideology
Help Me Stand Up to State-Enforced Ideology

On September 4th and 5th, I will stand trial in a UK criminal court. I'm facing charges of harassment and criminal damage—charges I categorically deny.
The accusations come from a well-known activist, whom I am legally prohibited from naming. I ask that you also refrain from naming them in the comments.
One of the allegations against me is that I harassed this person by referring to him as a male.
I believe biological sex is real, immutable, and observed at birth. That belief should not be a crime. But we are now seeing the criminal justice system weaponised to punish people for stating basic biological truths—especially when those truths offend a powerful ideological minority.
This case is part of a wider pattern: police and prosecutors being used as political tools to intimidate and silence critics of gender ideology. It’s not about justice—it’s about enforcement.
I know I’ve had to ask for support before, and I wish that weren’t the case. But the reality is this: they keep coming. Every time I speak up, the response escalates. This isn’t accidental—it’s a campaign of attrition. But I won’t fold. And I’m grateful beyond words that so many of you refuse to fold either.
This particular case could have far-reaching consequences—not just for me, but for all of us who’ve stood up to gender ideology. From what we’ve already seen, it may implicate individuals whose names are well-known to those following this issue—especially those familiar with the violent and sociopathic tactics some activists have used to silence opposition. In trying to drag me through the courts, they may end up exposing far more than they intended.
I’m being supported by the Free Speech Union, but I still need to raise £20,000 to cover the final stretch of legal costs.
If you believe in free speech, in women’s rights, and in the right to speak the truth without being punished by the state, please consider donating.
Thank you for whatever support you can lend this time and for all your help this far.
Graham Linehan.
