Who we are

ReVote 2017 is formed of ordinary people from Massachusetts who saw what was happening with the election and knew that something terribly wrong had altered the vote so drastically from the exit polls. That spurred us to start this initiative, and become licensed to operate as a 501(c)(4). We are the engine behind the legal power and the 12 brave petitioners who signed on as plaintiffs in the case.

We are fighting to void the result of the 2016 general election

We took the case to the United States Supreme Court, Docket #16-1464, that asks three things:

  • Can individual citizens seek to set aside the results of a federal election?
  • Should this court order a Special Master to investigate the allegations the 2016 election was compromised by a foreign power?
  • Does this court have jurisdiction to void the results of the 2016 general election?

We give evidence to the fact that this is what has happened.

Even with all investigations that are on going, an impeachment would not affect the other people in power who were illegitimately elected.

What's next

The case will be distributed for conference on September 25. That means a clerk who has read the petition will pass it on to the Justices. If it is passed on it will be scheduled for a hearing before the Supreme Court. (Petition docket #16-1464 was filed on May 26th.)

The attorney for the case is Mark Small, based out of Indianapolis, IN.
