I am a man of 59 years of age seeking equal pay with my female workers and claiming disablity discrimination against my global fortune 500 listed healthcare company.

Call to action I am a Indian family man of 59 years of age who worked for a healthcare company where I raised equal pay concerns as a man being paid the lowest salary with my female comparators this complaint was never addressed.

Following my Equal pay concerns performance issues were raised against me which were never evidenced or addressed appropriately I was being excluded from meetings and a level playing field when compared to my colleagues in the same HRBP role as me. I was asked to enter into numerous protected conversations to close down my statutory rights.

This period of increased stress led to anxiety and severe depression and the eventual dismissal of me despite my asking for reasonable adjustments as to the manner in which the sickness absence process applied to me.

My call to action to secure funding for stage 1 Equal pay hearing and disablity discrimination case.

This case is important as it highlights the need for those with mental health issues to be given more time to make an application especially where the respondent failed to provide equality pay data when requested and mentally i was not able to complete my application within the prescribed timelimits of 3 months less one day and Judge will consider whether its is fair and equitable to allow my application for disablity.

I have a 3 day Open Preliminary hearing to look at all the issues on 22-23rd May 2023 I will need some funds for this and stage 2 hearing and disbality discrimination I have exhausted all my own resources and savings.
