We are challenging the government decision to mandate the novel COVID 19 vaccination for health care workers from 1 April 2022. We consider that bodily autonomy is a fundamental human right and that every individual has the right to informed medical consent including a full assessment of the risks and benefits of any proposed medical treatment.

No one should be coerced into experimental medical treatment or have their job threatened.

A judicial review case is being brought against the government with the goal of setting aside the government's decision to mandate vaccination.
