My name is Vladimir Nasadovich and I run the George and Dragon (Portsmouth), with my wife. It is a popular pub with the residents of North End and I have been serving the local community since August 2006.  I am originally from Russia.

RVA Surveyors Ltd, a company often in the press exposing them (you can read about them on the hyperlinks below), allege  I signed a contract with them to reduce my business rates. I completely deny that I signed any contract with them because that day was my young son's birthday and I wasn't even working that day. None of my staff report to me that day that they had signed RVA's contract.

RVA claimed against me in November 2019. We were due to have a trial in June 2020. This trial was adjourned to October and one of the reasons for the adjournment was because RVA had not produced the original of the contract.

Unfortunately, when we had the trial in October 2020, it was held over the telephone because of the Pandemic. Unfortunately I am a native Russian speaker. The Judge found against me and Ordered that I pay more than £5k to them. The previous judge ordered an adjournment because RVA did not produce the original contract that they relied upon, yet at the reconvened hearing before another Judge RVA again failed to produce the all important contract.

I now need to Appeal that Judgment. I have filed evidence by a Forensic Handwriting Examiner (an expert witness) to support me. It concludes that "there is strong evidence" that the signature on the Contract is not genuine; the same document that RVA failed to produce to the Court.

In these hard times when every small business is suffering from the effects of COVID-19, if RVA are successful in their claim the community could lose its pub and my family could lose its livelihood.

RVA have now sued me again under the same contract for further thousands of pounds. I need to defend this claim as well.

I need help to fight RVA in the Courts and I can't do it on my own. I need help to pay for expert legal representation so that I can win and hopefully save the George and Dragon and my reputation.

My solicitor, Elliot Hammer https://uk.linkedin.com/in/elliot-hammer-37522920  has previously won against them on numerous occasions https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/lili-baston-2-rva-surveyors-18977616

Thank you for taking the time to listen and I welcome all the help you can give me.
