I am looking for assistance with my lawsuit vs Realtors Property Resource.
I was accused by Realtors Property Resource (RPR) a subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of over billing. The company I worked for (Lateral Datasolutions (LDS)) absolved me of any wrong doing concerning the allegations of over billing, by RPR. These allegations were explicitly false and were created using the inaccurate and misguided interpretation of system logs.
I started working at RPR in March 2016 and for the next 15 months I improved the performance of RPR’s database servers. I received numerous accolades from both Brett Nordby (RPR) and LDS.
On June 1st 2017 I was informed that "effective immediately my contract with LDS was terminated at the request of RPR". I was told the perception was that I was billing and not working. These allegations were made by RPR and to this day I have never been provided either evidence to substantiate these claims nor a chance to defend myself. I was told the decision to terminate my contract was based on "unfortunate logic" created by the VP of Technology.
The allegations are patently false.
Numerous individuals close to the matter including LDS agreed these allegations made by RPR were explicitly false and based on flawed interpretation of computer logs.
LDS sent me an email: "It's hard to know really. Brett is under enormous stress, self-inflicted or otherwise. It’s obviously impacting his decision making. We need to focus on being professional and try to stay calm headed. It won't be easy, but it'll make this already unfortunate situation better if we do."
My attorney believes that I do have bases for a claim against RPR for interference with contract, and perhaps additional claims for negligent and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.
