My name is Manu Mitra. I live in Hyderabad, India. I am looking to move United States to continue my research work. I have one approved patent, two filed patents from United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), 25 scientific papers published in various journals and 17 papers are pending peer review for publication (as of Nov 13, 2018). I am associated with around 10 scientific societies, member of Golden key International Honour Key and an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE) member for fourteen years. As of Nov 13, 2018, I am Fellow Member for one of the scientific Journals. I can work on conferences too as I get lot of invitation. But because of financial constraint I did not even attended one.

The problem is that my family kicked me out of the home and they want to give their property to charity and I have no friends to help and I have no issues with that. But the amount of frauds that happen in India (probably you may already know it) and economy of India is getting worst day by day. (Source: https://www.xe.com/) and I don't want to approach any consultancy in India as I already have lost total of $3000 (approx) from three different companies and they refused to give money back; although, I filed lawsuit, the amount of corruption India has, I am sure I will never get that money back.

My total US immigration fees is around $8,000 (approx). Immigration Attorney fees is around $6,000 (approx) and rest goes to USCIS I-140 and I-485 that comes around $2000 (approx). Because I get paid very less and my income per month is around $400 (approx). I cannot afford that much amount. Total immigration fees would be $8000 to $8500 (approx) including attorney fees, attorney consultancy, fees, United States Citizen and Immigration and Services (USCIS) fees only.

My current employer might help to get me a job if I can able to get legal status in US as I am working for my current employer from 2011.
